In a Nutshell
American Porter – 5.8% ABV
Created by using our base Porter recipe, but with heavy additions of toasted coconut, this beer has a creamy mouthfeel, deep milk chocolatey nose, velvety coconut flavors and some slight roast in the finish. This is the perfect beer to curl up next to by the fire, during the cold days to come, warming each other up!

Oatmeal Stout – 4.5% ABV
So soft, so smooth! This beer started, as most of ours do, with Golden Promise. We added some flaked oats, pale chocolate, honey and Victory malts to create a creamy and flavorful stout. This all-day drinker, is the perfect pair for chats by the fire, friends at the dinner table or cold winter nights.
American Porter – 5.8% ABV
Maris Otter is the canvas for this semi-sweet, roasty and full-bodied concoction. We threw in touches of Pale Chocolate, Chocolate Wheat and Victory malts for both color and flavor. The result, rich chocolate and coffee overtones with a balanced bitterness, which is sure to please the most discerning palate.
Northern Brewer hops
ESB – 5.3% ABV
This traditionally-inspired ESB is brewed with a base of pale malt that received healthy doses of light crystal and dextrin malts to build a malty backbone. We dosed it with a considerable amount of late addition Amarillo hops and steeped the resulting beer with dried Elderflowers. This delicious rendition has a ton of character with complex flavors and aroma.

When Life Hands You…
Saison – 7% ABV
Life is always throwing lemons into the works, so we figured we would too. This recipe started as most Saisons do, with Pilsner malt. We added a bit of Vienna for a touch of sweetness, Torrified Wheat for mouthfeel and some Rye for spicy grit. The recipe was topped off with a healthy dose of lemon peel and green peppercorns for a twist to what life throws at you.
Sorachi Ace hops
NEIPA – 6.5% ABV
A new NEIPA that we added to our lineup. This recipe goes heavy on malted oats, flaked wheat and a touch of honey malt for balance. We double dry-hopped it with Amarillo, Simcoe and Galaxy hops. The result is a beer with notes of pine, Clementine oranges, fresh cut mango and a touch of passionfruit.

Kettle Sour Pale – 6.5% ABV
We designed this beer with one goal in mind! Create a recipe that both lovers, and haters, of sours would appreciate and enjoy! To do this, we began with Pilsner malt and layered it with both wheat and oats. We pitched a Lacto culture and let it go to town. We finished the beer with tropical fruit-forward hops creating a delightfully tart and juicy sour!
Azacca and Citra hops
New England Pale Ale – 5.6% ABV
The idea behind this beer was to bring the smooth mouthfeel, body and hop profile reminiscent of New England IPAs to a Pale ale, while keeping the flavor and character amped up. We paired Vic Secret and Denali hops on this one, giving some overly ripe pineapple flavors, with a hint of pine needles as it goes down. We love this beer and are sure you will too!

Lactose Blonde Ale – 5.7% ABV
You know how some of the best things in life aren’t planned? Well, this rings true with this beer, too. This beer began its life as a blackberry blonde ale, but due to a little mistake, passionfruit got into the mix and this little baby was born. It’s slightly tart, pleasantly sweet and has tons of flavor.
