This recipe is simple, yet refined. We take Pale Malt, a little Wheat and a touch of Victory to create a unique Pale Ale that accentuates the hops, yet has some malty backbone. This recipe is sure to quench your thirst and your appetite for hop flavor and aroma, without over the top bitterness.

In a Nutshell
American PORTER - 5.9% ABV
We’ve taken a classic American Porter and turned it on it’s head. Starting with Optic Malt then throwing in a bit of Victory, Crystal Malt, Chocolate Wheat, Honey Malt and Chocolate Pale, then adding a healthy dose of Cacao Nibs and Toasted Coconut to create a semi-sweet, full-bodied concoction sure to please the most discerning palette.

When Life Hands You Lemons
Saison - 6.9% ABV
Life is always throwing lemons into the works, so we figured we would too. This recipe starts as most Saisons do, with Pilsner malt. We add a bit of Vienna for a touch of sweetness, some Rye for some spicy grit and a healthy dose of lemon peel and green peppercorns for a unique twist to what life throws at you.

Wheat from the Chaff
American Wheat - 7.6% ABV
Wheat beers have a stigma and it’s been somewhat justified. With our recipe we plan to separate the style from it’s shaky past. We start with Pale Malt, add a generous amount of Wheat, a little Crystal Malt and a touch of simple sugar. The outcome, a hazy, balanced and delicious rendition that shadows it’s namesake.

Of Two Minds
India Pale Ale - 7.0% ABV
A unique spin on one of the most iconic styles of beer to this day. This IPA has a split personality, literally. It comprises of two unique strains of yeast that compliment each other, adding juicy citrus flavors with aromas of overly ripened fruit. Golden Promise acts as the base for this beer with Honey Malt and Victory playing supporting roles.
