Join our team!

Idiom Brewing Company is an ever-growing company and we are looking for dedicated team members to join our already amazing team! Above anything else, we are looking for the self starters out there with a serious love and passion for craft beer, a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others. We are an independently-owned business that greatly values our team and our community.

We are a team-centric brewery so if you’re on the Brew side, some days you may be washing kegs and scrubbing tanks and the next you will be producing wort and packaging products. We utilize a 7 BBL brewery with over 120 BBL of brewhouse capacity at our original location and a 10,000 square foot Production facility with a 15 bbl brewhouse and over 300 BBLs of brewhouse capacity.

If you’re on the Beertending side, some days you might be doing your thing pouring delicious beer for a customer. Other days you might be decorating for a holiday, moving tables for the band to set up, moving beer between spaces, helping keep our plants alive, or modeling for the next greatest social media post!

If this sounds like you so far, below could be your next opportunity and we would love to meet you!
