Pale Ale – 5.4% abv

We took a base of both pale ale and Vienna malts and added touches of carapils and honey malt to build up a slightly sweet malty backbone. We added freshly smoked jalapenos, orange blossoms and a floral/citrus blend of American hops. This beer has a touch of heat, finishes clean and drives you for just another sip!
